Dr. Lolli came to college counseling after 9 years of working in college admissions. She “jumped” to the other side of the desk to work more closely with young adults as they navigate one of the most formative periods of their lives.

Regardless of the institution, Lolli has always championed diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and worked tirelessly to ensure all individuals are recognized. She has spent 24 years supporting students as the Director of College Counseling, Admissions Counselor/Interim Admissions Director, Head of Upper School, and Assistant Head of School.  A graduate of Vassar College, Lolli earned her doctoral degree from UCLA.

Lolli’s focus is student-centered. Her approach has four parts: 1) helping to achieve a productive and balanced high school experience (both academic and co-curricular), 2) thoughtfully considering academic advising by exploring varied scholastic offerings, 3) seeking productive summer opportunities, and 4) setting goals that will achieve post-secondary and collegiate aspirations.
